Chef receives nearly 3 years for Parker-Broderick

ST. Clairsville, Ohio - A former police chief of Ohio was sentenced to prison Wednesday in connection with a burglary at the home of the surrogate mother, the twins out for Sarah Jessica Parker and Matthew Broderick. Barry Carpenter was sentenced to two years and eight months in prison. He was convicted last month on charges of concealment of property, theft in office and tampered with evidence, but on other charges, including theft acquitted.
