LOS ANGELES - Chaz Bono asks a judge to declare officially its name and gender change. The 41-year-old author, activist and star of reality TV is born a daughter of Sonny Bono and Cher. He presented a petition to change his name and sex last week. Bono doctor has filed a declaration with the court stating that he has performed an illegal sex-change operation last year.
